Cat Boarding Rates: $30 per cat, per night

5% off for 5 nights; 10% off for 10 nights

We require all new cats to pass our boarding evaluation first before they can be boarded

• Boarding evaluation is by appointment only. This is a free-4 hour kennel/suite evaluation.

• We do the evaluation on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY (Between 9:30a to 4:30p) and SUNDAY (Between 9:30a to 2:30p).

• If it’s your cat’s first time at our facility, please give us a call to book the evaluation.

General Cats Requirements

1. Your cat must be people friendly

2. Your cat should NOT be in heat

3. Your cat should be in good health

4. Your cat should not be overtly anxious

5. Your cat should be at least 16-weeks old and complete with the vaccines below

6. Your cat must be complete with the vaccines

What to Bring

• Carrier
• Current Vaccines with expiration dates (if not shared digitally)
• Pet’s food with extra 2 days worth of food (mandatory). We prefer to keep your cat on the same diet for consistency in bowels. If your cat runs out of food, we can order additional from Petco / PetSmart but there is an additional service fee of $15.
• Please note that we don’t allow raw food at the facility.
• Treats and/or Medications
• Toppers for picky eater pets (mandatory)
• Toys (optional)

Feeding Notes:

• If you could pre-pack each meal into individual Ziploc baggies, we would love it!
• Riverwalk Pet Resort does not cook food, although we can heat food in a microwave.
• Cats are fed in separate spaces to maintain safety. After eating, we will keep the pet in their space for 30-60 minutes to allow for proper digestion.
• Treats will only be distributed during feeding times, we do not give treats during daycare hours as to minimize chance of injury.
• If your pet runs out of food, we can order additional from Petco / PetSmart but there is an additional service fee of $15
